Welcome! I’m Martha Kourt, a dedicated salon business coach and self-development mentor committed to empowering individuals in the beauty industry and beyond to achieve their full potential. With a transformative journey of my own, I am passionate about helping others discover the path to success and fulfilment.
My career in hairdressing began in 2008, fueled by creativity and a passion for making people feel beautiful. By 2016, I opened my first salon, which grew into a network of seven successful businesses employing over 80 talented individuals. This experience taught me invaluable lessons in leadership, marketing, and cultivating a positive company culture.
After over a decade of personal growth, I’ve embraced a new mission: to share my knowledge and experiences to help others succeed. I am deeply committed to guiding salon professionals and anyone seeking personal transformation to unlock their potential and achieve their dreams.
My personal journey has also shaped who I am today. Overcoming the challenges of divorce, losing 40 kilos, and completing my first marathon have reinforced my belief in the power of resilience, mindset, and determination. These milestones symbolize the strength we all have within us to create meaningful change.
Above all, being a mother to two wonderful daughters has been the most rewarding part of my life. Parenthood has deepened my commitment to self-development and inspired me to lead by example.
