Martha boasts over 13 years in the industry, with humble beginnings as an intern at a hair salon in Melbourne’s bayside area. Although they weren’t hiring, Martha was persistent in gaining experience in this field and so, volunteered her time in order to learn all the tricks of the trade. In a few short years, her work ethic and newfound confidence saw her approach another hair brand in Richmond, where Martha put forth suggestions on how she could best grow their business.
This fresh perspective and passion to fill gaps in the hair salon experience led the owner and Martha to form MALI Hair Spa together, which is where Martha’s business expertise really flourished.
After 4 years as a part-salon owner, Martha left MALI to branch out on her own and eventually bought BODA Haircutters in 2016, which she then rebranded to BODA Hair Boutique. Martha now owns several salons across Victoria & an online retail store, with plans to continue world domination in the years to come.
Martha's dream is to inspire and lead people to live their best possible life and as her philosophy goes, we only live one life and with the right tools and education, it can be absolutely incredible.
We all have a gift within us, Martha's is helping people unearth theirs and leading them to success and fulfillment.
